Therefore, we are taking civil actions, as follows:

1. We are surveying current park users as to their knowledge of and support for the current EBRPD development plans.
2. We are soliciting petition signatures in favor of keeping the park the wild, open, off-leash area it has traditionally been.
3. We are soliciting support to make this park an organizationally operated off-leash dog park, similar to Point Isabel, another of EBRPD's properties, maintained and managed for them by a citizen user organization dedicated to that purpose.
4. We are attending meetings of EBRPD committees, to present our surveys and petitions, and make our opinions known.
